Deposits
A £50 deposit secures your appointment and comes off the cost of your treatment. Consultations are £50, which also comes off any treatment you go ahead with.
Cancelling or moving
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move. You’ll get your deposit back, or we’ll move it to your new appointment. With less notice, or if you don’t attend, your deposit is kept.
You can’t move an appointment online within 48 hours of it. Email [email protected] and we’ll help.
Consent and suitability
We’ll ask for your medical history and consent before treatment. Brogan may decline or delay treatment if it isn’t right or safe for you. You must be 18 or over.
Complaints
If something isn’t right, email us and Brogan will reply within two working days.
